We are so sorry that your baby has died. We are here to listen to you, and we want to make sure that bereaved parents feel involved in our work.
Gloucestershire Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership represents the voice of all women, birthing people and families from all communities and cultures, to help improve local maternity and neonatal care.

Tell us about your experience
Listening to, and understanding, the experiences of all families is so important in making improvements in care.
If you feel you would like to share your experience of maternity care, you can complete the form below, or contact us via email:
- glicb.glosmvp@nhs.net
- Contact our MNVP Lead, Kathy Meansworth at kathy.meansworth@nhs.net
We really appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your baby and your care during such a difficult time. It may be triggering sharing your story, so please only do this if you feel able. There is some information below about organisations which may be able to support you, if you feel this may be helpful.
You may want to tell us about a particular team, such as the early pregnancy unit, triage, your community midwife, the team who supported your birth, or the neonatal team. You may want to tell us whether you felt you were treated with care and compassion, or if you had enough information to make decisions about your care.
We listen to all experiences of maternity care, and your feedback will be included in our quarterly reports to the Local Maternity and Neonatal System board. We also look at all feedback to identify areas for improvement, and work with the NHS organisations to make changes.
